Delete your Elixir Attendance account

How deletion works

1. Sign in with the organization's email and password, the same ones you use in the app. You can also request deletion in the app: Settings › Delete account.
2. Request deletion. Nothing is deleted straight away: the account is scheduled for permanent deletion 30 days later, and the app stops working for your organization in the meantime.
3. Until that date you can sign in here, or in the app, and reactivate the account. Everything is kept exactly as it was.
4. On the date, these are permanently deleted: the organization account and profile, employees, attendance records, shifts and the deletion history. Face data is stored only on the phones it was registered on; each phone removes its copy, and the rest of its local data, the next time it opens the app online. Backup files you exported are kept by you, and we cannot delete them.

After permanent deletion the data cannot be recovered. Only an identifier and the deletion date are kept, so phones know to erase their copy.
