Questions
Can I use Elixir Attendance today?
Yes. The Android app works today and is free to use during early access. The plans on this page are proposed and will apply once paid plans launch.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing is deleted. You choose a plan to keep adding employees and syncing to the cloud. Attendance already recorded stays on the phone and in your reports.
Does attendance work without internet?
Yes, on every plan. Punches are saved on the phone first. Cloud sync, where your plan includes it, uploads them when the phone is back online.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades would apply immediately. Downgrades would apply at the end of the period you have paid for, and no employee or attendance record is deleted because of a plan change.
What is a work calendar, and what is a shift?
A work calendar sets working days, week offs and holidays. A shift sets working hours, grace time and when a day counts as half or full. Employees without a shift use default hours, which do not count towards your plan.
Where are face templates stored?
On the phone where the employee was registered. They are never uploaded to our cloud; an administrator can export them in an encrypted backup file the organization keeps. See the Privacy Policy.
